In 2005, Coco returned to India to offer support after the Indian Ocean Tsunami. Sunrise and sunset yoga was taught to the devastated Fishermen daily.
This is an exerpt from a class at the University of Windsor. Coco shares various teachings of yoga from subtle and meditative to fiery and powerful. Even in the most powerful of classes, Coco modifies the practice to suit each individual. Unique guidance, suited to each students needs, is shared with students.
