12:30pm  Assisted Yoga 

This class is designed to be attended by people with mobility restrictions, or in need of assistance for full participation.  Both members of the duo will benefit from the class, the breathing techniques, the relaxation, however the assitant's role is primarily to help provide support to another in order to gain maximum benefits from the practice.  Based on years of Yoga and Thai massage and other training Coco helps both members by teaching correct body posture, alignment and sustainability.
