From beginner to teacher level, Coco has shared her expertise in Yoga since 1999.  In 2012 she began creating classes for people with physical, mental and intellectual disabilities.  Private individuals or groups can book today!
Group classes are ongoing:

Coco leads mental health initiatives at the University of Windsor, St. Clair College, and Maryvale, in Windsor, Ontario, Canada, combining Yoga and Mindfulness.

In 2005, Coco returned to India to offer support after the Indian Ocean Tsunami. Sunrise and sunset yoga was taught to the devastated Fishermen daily. 

This is an exerpt from a class at the University of Windsor. Coco shares various teachings of yoga from subtle and meditative to fiery and powerful.  Even in the most powerful of classes, Coco modifies the practice to suit each individual.  Unique guidance, suited to each students needs, is shared with students.  From teacher-level to beginner, Coco welcomes everybody all the time!
